Preparation for Equipment Delivery:
Equipment can be set up on most surfaces, but grass provides the safest option. Please make sure the following are met for a proper, fast and sfe installation of equipment - ground measurements, area should be cleared of over head wires, tree branches, sticks, rocks, pets waste, etc.
The average set up takes at least 15 - 30 minutes, depending on where the jump is to be set up.
If you are renting at a park, forest preserve, indoor facility, or at any location that may require a permit for the equipment you have ordered, it is your responsibility to obtain one. They may also require you to be added as an additional insured on our policy. If this is the case, there is a $25.00 non refundable fee.
If we deliver and the equipment you ordered does not fit in the area designated by you, cannot be installed because surface area is different than specified or not clear and safe, utility lines are not marked, a permit or Additional Insured Certificate were not obtained, you did not cancel within 24 hours for reasons other than weather, the balance due is still your responsibility.
Deposit:
All rentals require a credit card deposit of $50.00 per unit at time of booking. Equipment is being held for you and the deposit is non-refundable unless your cancellation is due to weather.
Cacelations:
We will refund your deposit for weather cancellations ONLY if you call by the morning of your rental day the latest.
Rain cancellations: there must be a 50% chance of rain or higher http://www.weather.com is the source we use to determine rain related cancellations; it is your responsibility to cancel, if you have not called to cancel you will loose your deposit. If you agree to go forward with your rental and it rains during your rental time there are no refunds once you accept the equipment.
If in the event Dino Jump feels the weather conditions are not safe for our equipment to be installed, we reserve the right to cancel at any time. Any deposit monies paid will be fully refunded.
Cleaning fee:
All equipment is delivered to you in a cleaned and sanitized condition.
If equipment is an unreasonable dity condition at time of pickup, there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee, this will be automatically charged to your credit card No exceptions.
Definition of unreasonably dirty condition: mud, sand, food, drink, confetti, etc, in or on the outside of inflatable or on safety equipment used such as tarps, safety mats, sandbags, etc.
Sily String:
Silly string is strictly prohibited in or around our inflatable equipment. Silly string leaves a permanent stain. In the event our staff finds silly string on our equipment at time of pickup, there will be a $300.00 cleaning charge. In the event there is a lot of damage it will be your responsibility to replace the unit at your expense. Once we get the new unit the old unit will be yours to keep.
Safety Entry Ramp: No more lifting the kids in and out of the jumpers! Our Safe Entry Ramps allow children of all ages to easily enter and exit the Jumpers sfely on their own.
Safety Circle - Net Entry - featured in all of our Jumpers and replacing the traditional "slit-entry" found in older designs, this unique feature prevents children from falling out of the Jumpers and enssured that participants enter and exit one at a time.
Safety Loops - every Dino Jump inflatable features Safety Loops all around the unit. these loops are used to "stake down" or "sandbag" the Jumpers to keep them from moving out of position or blowing over in windy conditions.
Attendant and generators:
We can provide someone to surpervise any jump or concession for an additional fee.
We can provide you with a generator for an additional fee.
