2.  On what kind of surfaces can a jump be set up?
A jump can be set up on most surfaces, but grass provides the safest option.*
A flat surface is required and no further than 50 feet from the closest power source.**
 
*If your jump needs to be set up on a surface other than grass, please let us know at the time it's booked and we'll bring sandbags.
**If you require power, we can provide a generator at an additional fee.
 
3.  What are the dimensions of the jumps?

4.  How long does it take to set up a jump?
The average set up takes about 10 - 15 minutes, depending on where the jump is to be set up.
 
5.  When will the driver arrive to set up the jump?
We try to set up your jump at least 15 - 30 minutes early when possible.  There are times we may need to set up as much as an hour or more early.
Please note:  Although we may set up a jump early, the rental will still end at the scheduled time.  We do not pick up early because we set up early.
 
6.  Is there anything I can do to prepare for my rental?
Yes.  Please have an idea where the jump is to be set up and have payment ready, drivers are instructed not to set up without first getting paid.  Please have area where you wnat the jump set up clear of any debris.
 
7.  How many kids can jump at a time?
The jumps hold 6 - 12 kids, depending on age and size of the kids.  Most people split kids into groups by size then have each size group take a turn for safety.
 
8.  What is your rain policy?
Your deposit will be credited if there is a 60% chance of rain or higher the day of the event.
 
9.  Deposit and cancellation fee?
There is a non-refundable deposit required.  If you need to cancel for any reason other than rain, your deposit will be kept as a credit for 3 months, so you can reschedule your event.  If we get to the event and you want to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee.
 
10.  Attendant?
We can provide you with someone to supervise any jump or concession for an additional fee.

Safety Circle - Net Entry - feautred in all of our Jumpers and replacing the traditional "slit - entry" found in older designs, this unique feature prevents children frrom falling out of the Jumpers and ensures that participants enter and exit one at a time.
 
Safety Loops - Every Dino Jump Inflatable feaures Safety Loops all around the unit.  These loops are used to "stake down" or "sandbag" the jumpers to keep themfrom moving out of position or blowing over in windy conditions.
